Citrus Marmalade

Description

Cider citrus, pink and yellow grapefruits, sour oranges, key limes. We use the cocoa husks for its content of pectin and flavonoids. We also incorporate its pulp to sweeten and subtly balance the necessary amount of organic evaporated cane to set the marmalade as it should.
